Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on ShopSection.

1. Order cancellation

You can request cancellation of your order before it is shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team with your Order ID as soon as possible.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed as per the refund section below.

ShopSection reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment was received.

2. Returns and exchanges

We currently focus on quality checked products such as t shirts and apparel. Our return and exchange support is as follows:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for eligible products mentioned on the product page.
  • Requests must be raised within a limited time window (for example 3 to 7 days) from the date of delivery, as specified on our website.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or without original tags may not qualify for return.

Please refer to the specific product page for additional return or size exchange terms if any.

3. Non returnable items

Certain categories may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene or other reasons, such as:

  • Innerwear and certain personal use products
  • Items sold under final sale or clearance where return is clearly not allowed
  • Customized or personalized products

4. Refund process

Approved refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

  • Refund initiation time is typically within a few working days after approval.
  • Actual credit to your bank, card, or wallet depends on your bank or payment provider timelines.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, eligible refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet as informed by support.

Shipping charges, if any, may be non refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error from our side.

5. Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
