When should you contact us?

  • Order not delivered within the promised timeline.
  • Received a wrong, damaged, or missing item.
  • Payment debited but order is not showing in your account.
  • You want to change the delivery address or contact details.
  • You want to cancel an order before it is shipped.
  • You need a copy of invoice or GST invoice details.

Frequently asked questions

You can track your order from the Orders section in your account or by using the track order option above with your Order ID and registered mobile number. Tracking information will be available once your order is packed and handed over to the courier.

For most pincodes in India, delivery usually takes 4 - 7 working days after dispatch. During festivals or sale periods, deliveries may take slightly longer due to high courier load. You will receive SMS and email updates for every major status change.

Once your returned product is received and quality checked, refunds are usually processed within 3 - 7 working days. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your bank or wallet depends on your payment provider and bank policies.

Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Please contact our support team as early as possible with your Order ID and the correct address. Once the shipment is picked up by the courier, the address cannot be modified.

Please check if your mobile number is entered correctly and if you have network coverage. Sometimes SMS delivery may be delayed due to operator issues. If the problem continues, you can contact our support team and we will help you login or update your contact number.
